Chris Pareja interviews current candidates Vanila Singh, M.D. (US House of Rep.) and Jaime Patino (CA State Assembly).
Vanila Singh, is a physician at Stanford and discusses what she heard from her patients as well as her own experiences that led her to run for office. Jaime Patino currently works at the UC Berkeley finance department. His three largest concerns are jobs, schools and crime. We don’t need our jobs moving to other states because it is so hard to do business in California.
Directed and produced by Jim Twu and Mike Harris at Cable Access channel KMVT 15 in Mountain View, CA.

Mimi discusses the impact on property right as a result of the passage of Plan Bay Area. PBA is an example of unelected bureaucrats telling us how to live our lives. This combines housing and transportation and requires high density housing and mass transit in every town. The top down control kicks businesses out of the area and over rides local control. This has us going down the same path as Detroit, which coincidentally filed for bankruptcy on the same day PBA was passed by a small group of bureaucrats.
