Brian Sussman discussed Global Warming and recounted the history of the green movement.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Just a few years ago, who could imagine that over 500 conservatives would show up at a meeting on a Tuesday night that didn't involve a candidate rally?  Who could imagine 500 conservatives showing up at a Tuesday night meeting where it did involve a political candidate? Yet, that is exactly what happened on Tuesday night, May 4, 2010. 500 enthusiastic conservatives attended a meeting to listen to Brian Sussman talk about "Climategate."

Brian Sussman started by talking about debating Al Gore on the topic of global warming; but he summed it up by saying that "debating Al Gore is like debating a sock puppet." Because of Brian and his colleagues, KSFO is now the #1 talk show in the Bay Area market. He indicated that the proposed Cap and Trade bill in Congress, which is supported by President Obama, would reduce personal wealth and savings, kill millions of jobs, reduce personal liberty, and invade Americans' privacy.

Brian recounted the history of the green movement from Paul Ehrlich's "population bomb" to the DDT discussions to Agenda 21 adopted by the United Nations up to Al Gore's "inconvenient truth" sham. As chair of the President's Council for Business and Sustainable Development, Al Gore said that it would involve a "transfer of wealth." He indicated that "we must build a new consensus even in the face of uncertain science." Brian also pointed out that Earth Day - April 22nd - is Lenin's birthday.

Brian then recounted his up-and-down journey of getting his book published. He encountered east coast educated individuals who he described as "people who are taught what to think, not how to think." When he told the global warming believers that there was no connection whatsoever between El Nino and Global Warming, their mouths dropped open; they never had heard that before.

When Brian pointed out that the warmest temperatures in the 20th Century were in the 1930', and that we have had net cooling since the 1940's, the east coast crowd was dumbfounded.  He pointed out that Al Gore stands to make millions (no, more like billions) off of the global warming hoax.  He indicated that an overwhelming consensus of scientists know that man-made global warming is a fraud.
