SPEAKER SERIES

February 2006

Bob Williams
Evergreen Freedom Foundation

Guest Speaker Bob Williams (L) receives recognition from President Richard Geno

Our speaker was Bob Williams, the president of Evergreen Freedom Foundation. He was well-armed with facts and information about election fraud that is coming from the left in our society. His classic example was the Governor's race in the state of Washington just this past November where the Republican candidate had more votes on election day, and after the first re-count. However, after more absentee votes were counted in Kings County that the actual number of absentee ballots sent out, the Democratic candidate for Governor was "elected."

Bob highlighted the ways that the left has a structural plan to cheat in elections, utilizing the following tools:

1) Motor voter rules.

2) The abuse of the absentee ballot.

3) Having felons, mentally insane, and dead people vote.

4) Non citizens voting.

5) No identification necessary to vote.

6) Voting in two different precincts.

7) Provisional ballots.

At the same time, the Democratic party makes a regular effort to inhibit the vote of Republicans and conservatives by taking steps to disenfranchise military people. Since military people tend to vote Republican and conservative, there is a concerted effort on behalf of the Democratic party to restrict that vote.

Bob also suggested solutions to these problems; namely:

1) Prosecution.

2) Clean up the voter rules.

3) Update voter lists.

4) Use of a picture I.D.

5) Have private sector run the elections.

It was also pointed out that in most free countries, it requires a proof of citizenship and a picture I.D. in order to vote. As is true in most things, it is necessary for us to be vigilant. Freedom is not free.
